The ERP implementation’s management project carried out by Leadership, along the period of six months, and aimed at optimizing processes, brought several advantages for the Santo group, among which: the reduction of cycle time and documents’s internal circulation in the processes (and the consequent reduction in the number of intervening areas, allowing to improve the time of response); the standardization of the available and requested information (with more control of the quality of the service provided); the elimination of duplicate registrations; a greater focus on specific activities, with the allocation of resources to activities with higher added value; more technological maturity (with greater automation, control and traceability of processes); or minimizing the number of interventions from the technicians in activities with lower added value.
The portuguese group Santo, which works in areas such as construction, real estate development, industry and health, worked with Leadership Business Consulting in the process of managing the ERP implementation, selecting the software supplier, in reviewing processes and managing the project implementation team. This involved the development and monitoring of aspects such as quality control or change management.
